Installer Exit Detection

Hello,

I have an issue that is not a problem with Mars Installer, but I was hoping you might have some insight on finding a work around.

One of my apps is Office 2000. As soon as it starts installing, mars installer and even windows, sees it as being finished. This of course creates an issue with mars installer as a reboot occurs before the installer is done, or mars starts the next app before it is done.

Any ideas for a work around?

Thank You

Hm, it seems Office 2000 setup.exe starts something else (msiexec I think) and exists without waiting for msiexec finishes. I don't have Office 2000 to test it. Mars Installer is unable to check what was started by a some installer.

Thank you very much, that put me on the right direction. As it turns out office 2000 setup has its own wait switch to keep the setup program from exiting until it is done.
