When copying a text from a german Word2007 and paste this text to Mars Notebook then mutated vowels (ä,ö,ü,ß) are not copied correctly.

I have found a workaraound:
Edit -> Paste As -> Rich Text

But I think the normal paste-function should do this too.

Thank you for report. Will try to find why this happens.
But if you copying these mutated vowels from another source not from MS Word does it work?
Is there any life on Mars ?

I have made some tests copying mutated vowels from x to Mars Notebook:

Word2007(german): does not work (tested on 2 different computers)
Excel2007(german): works fine
Notepad(german): works fine
OpenOffice Writer 3.2.1(german): does not work
OpenOffice Calc 3.2.1(german): works fine

All tests are made on Windows7-computers.

Marcel.
