I'm using MarsNotebook 2.11 in English.

In the Note Tree I cannot use these accented chars from Portuguese-BR á, é, í, ó, ú, but others like (ç, ã, õ, â, ô) works flawlessly.

For instance, to type the accented char "á" I must first type "´" then "a", but the output is "´a", instead of "á". So, it's clear that it prints 2 chars instead of one.

In note editor all of them works perfectly.
Is this a bug or I'm missing something?

Thanks

What do you mean? You cannot name a section with these characters?

Yes. I cannot use these characters to name a section. They just don't work.

Tried to paste some of these characters to tree section editor and into the section dialog. Works fine.
Looks like it fixed already for v.2.2.

This will not work:
For instance, to type the accented char "á" I must first type "´" then "a", but the output is "´a", instead of "á".
You should type it as one character.
I don't know how Portuguese keyboard works but will try to find more info about it.
