I am getting this error when I try to open the program. I tried to replace the dll file but get the same message.

I wondering why this happens but I have 2 more users with the same problem.
What Windows version you're using ? May be you have some special graphical software which changed this standard Windows DLL.

it makes the product totally useless. Now that I've paid my $12, I'm just hoping that I can get some help. Your web site was down for several days - at least I couldn't reach it.Please help!

There was no any troubles with site. It's possible your provider. Look at posts dates.
You have a chance to test limited version first before buying. Have you tryed it ?
If you have Windows XP, is Service Pack 2 is installed on your system ?
