AntiVir PersonalEdition reports a Trojan on installation too!

It detects as: TR/Spy.Bank.abg.518

Hope that helps.

If you're really downloaded Mars Banks Base from our site and thinking there is a virus  so don't use it.
We are never distribute any virus/spyware/adware.
Just check this out: www.softpedia.com

Please don't get so upset. I have genuinely downloaded it from your site and this is what my AntiVirus software is telling me, I'm only trying to help as I would like to use your software.

Can you think of any reason why some anti virus vendors might have a problem with the program, is it supported by advertisements or does it collect data about the BIN numbers that people search for and send them back to you for statistical purposes? I guess if it does anything like then some anti virus might mistake it for trojan activity. Please understand that I'm only trying to help.

I downloaded V1.0 from the softpedia link and this passes ok through AntiVir, V1.1 direct from your site flags as a possible Trojan.

Just to avoid any confusion, I'm not the same person who started the thread originally.

I've attached a screenshot if it helps?

As I said before Mars Banks Base does not collects any information about user and does not includes any ads, spyware, viruses.
You can check it with your firewall if the program wants to send anything (but be sure 'Auto version check via Internet' is disabled in program options, disabled by default).

The exe file is compressed with exe packer wich adds small code to original exe. It seems your antivirus found something like code from that spyware.

The new update of AVAST update now says Mars banks base has a Win32:Spyware-gen [Trj] embedded in it.

Man, this version of Banks Base was released in mid 2005. Do you really think that no REAL antiviruses found a virus/trojan here?
Also if you think it's a trojan so it should send some kind of your personal information via Internet - try to install a Firewall.
Or just forget it and don't use.

As I said before - suspicious code for some stupid antiviruses is an EXE packer used in Banks Base.

Is Win32:Spyware-gen [Trj] a False Positive? or Does it actually ScReW your computer up?

I was considering using your software, but after reading the discussion above and how rudely you people treated that gentleman, I would never download your product. You people have a lot to learn about running a business and dealing with customers or people in general.

And like the gentleman before me stated so eloquently, FUCK YOU

Peace bitches
