I have completed a translation into French and sent the file.

As I noted elsewhere a really solid translation usually requires two translators - one who speaks the original language and translates into the target language, and another who is a native speaker of the target language and who makes final adjustments to accord with everyday usage in that language. My French is reasonably good - good enough to travel in France without resort to English - but not a native speaker. Still, I think it will serve well to widen your market into France and French speaking countries. And hopefully you will find a volunteer to make those finer adjustments that a French person would notice.

I'm so sorry but 1.4 released without this option.
I'm going to make different languages support for the nearest version.
It will be separate text file (language.lng)

Version 1.5 is almost done.
If you wan to translate it to German - download the English language file and translate it.
Then send it to my email and I will give you a link for Mars Notebook 1.5 beta to test your translation and a free registration code.

Version 1.5 has been released so if you want to translate it - just take included in Languages folder english.lng file, copy it and rename into your language name then edit with notepad according instructions inside the file.
Test it carefully and then send it to me.

You can find Windows Locale Codes HERE
And it should be like you wrote above:

Language=Slovenian (but in Slovenian language)
Codepage=1250
LangID=0

LangID should be 0 for now because there is no Slovenian translation for some standard dialogs exists. But you can try to use 17
